In 2013, we moved into a small warehouse in the South of Johannesburg, with three staff members.
Today we employ 50 staff members at our 3000m² factory, warehouse and showroom, and our infrastructure and stockholding continue to expand to meet customer requirements.
Our focus is on building partnerships with Customers and Suppliers, both locally and abroad. Our Supplier agreements involve the local generic component manufacturers, Chinese Suppliers and a number of Italian components factories.
We constantly develop and improve our products, focusing on innovative ideas to offer our customers. By offering rapid response regarding pricing,
stock - availability and problem solving, our growth has been impressive.
At Ditto Designs, our people are trained to be flexible to the challenges we face, and a “Can – Do” attitude is encouraged.
Teamwork and competency are constantly encouraged, and our staff are experienced at problem solving along with multi-skilled abilities.
All our products carry a minimum 5-year Guarantee (some 7 years) and many of our components are BIFMA Certified and Greenguard Certified.
Most of our netted back Operators chairs, have been Ergonomically Certified to further enhance customer confidence, and peace of mind.
Ditto Designs is constantly challenged by the need for locally manufactured goods, and in many instances the entire chair is 100% locally manufactured. However, this is not always possible so we often mix international and locally manufactured components to produce fresh ideas & evolving designs.
Ditto Designs keeps a keen eye on international designs & trends – many of the Ditto Designs components are sourced in Italy. The sleek ergonomic lines and essential functionality of the Ditto Designs chairs embody the essence of design flair.
