CONSULTATION & DESIGN
From time to time, we get requests to create a new chair or customize an existing design. We embrace the challenge and work together with our customers to endeavour to produce something functional and yet aesthetically pleasing.

PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT
We always make up a sample to test and submit before we accept any orders for production. Often these new designs later become best sellers due to market acceptance.

PRODUCTION & MANUFACTURING
Most of our chair components are supplied to us according to pre-determined specifications. We can configure each order to the customers requirements. Some of these include the following:

Chair Base
Arms
Mechanism
Netted Back Options
Chair Frame Finish
Castors
We prioritize timely delivery, striving to meet, (wherever possible) agreed upon timelines without compromising on quality. Component shortages & import delays are factors we need to consider when quoting lead times.

DELIVERY &
INSTALLATIONS
Upon completion, we coordinate delivery logistics to ensure safe & secure transportation to your client’s location or to your warehouse. Packing for delivery outside of Gauteng is protected with an extra layer of aerothene, while we also provide export packaging for delivery outside of South Africa at an extra cost.

SAMPLES FOR VIEWING
We can arrange for a sample chair for testing: however, this may not always be in the upholstery option requested. Additional costs may be incurred for delivery & collection of such.

BRANDING
Because we offer “Contract Manufacturing” certain customers provide us with branding tags for each chair and some even provide branded plastic bags.
